About
A free event-day timeline builder. Enter the ceremony start time — the one time your guests are told — and the builder lays out a full day around it: getting ready photos, the ceremony, family photos, cocktail hour, seating, dinner service, speeches and dancing. Every row can be changed, removed or added to, and when the venue moves the start time you can shift the whole schedule at once. When it is done, copy the timeline and paste it to your planner, photographer, caterer and band. No signup and no email. The page also includes a reference for how long each part of the day actually takes (ceremony 20–45 minutes, family photos about 3 minutes per grouping, cocktail hour rarely under 60 minutes, plated dinner slower than buffet, 5 minutes per speech) and answers to common timeline questions. Features: - Builds a full day from the ceremony start time - Shift the whole schedule at once when the venue moves - Edit, add or remove any row - Copy the timeline to paste to planner, photographer, caterer and band - No signup, no email
