Bring the fault codes to the conversation with your mechanic. Axlyne turns an iPhone or Android phone into a basic OBD2 code reader when connected to a compatible ELM327-style adapter, sold separately. Read supported stored, pending and permanent codes, with no account required for basic reading or standard OBD2 clearing. A code does not prove which part to replace. Clearing does not repair a fault and cannot simply erase permanent codes. Vehicle and adapter support varies. Use the app while parked. Optional Pro features include PDF/CSV exports and maintenance reminders. AI explanations about eligible saved scans require iPhone, Pro, an account, internet access and consent; the answers can be wrong. Android does not include AI.
