About

Auto Ducking is a macOS menu bar app. When any app turns on your microphone, your Mac volume fades down to a level you choose, and when the mic turns off, your original volume fades back. Built for dictation and talking to AI with music playing. It only checks whether the microphone is in use; it never records, transcribes or uploads audio. Requires macOS 14+. 7-day free trial, then a one-time $7.99 unlock.
